  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took about 1 hour, speaking to 4 different people, having to start at the beginning each time, just to get a simple stamp for a registration renewal. I had to play a scavenger hunt to find a Liberty Mutual office, in Westborough, in a discreet unremarkable office on the second floor, and arrived at the office while still on hold with customer service trying to help me . There are no signs on the building. You have to drive to the end of building 114 to see a sign with an arrow that points to a parking lot and reads 110. CRAZY RIGHT! BTW, the office in Auburn is closed. I learned this only after calling their number (transferred to Dallas Tx, and I didn't know), and driving all the way there. I called the "Presidential Services" complaint line. Hung up on me after 9 minutes of being on hold, and I had to call back. After another 5 minutes on hold, got a live person who thanked me for providing feedback and they will forward my feedback to the people I spoke to, to improve customer service, that's it! YOUR WELCOME! GLAD I COULD HELP! Oh, the woman told me, after I persisted, she would forward my "experience " to her supervisor. Yaaaa! I feel so much better. Thanks for nothing. I'm happy my frustration, aggravation and driving about 35 miles this morning, and the loss of about an hour and a half of my time has helped your company improve its customer service for others.

• Review of "Parc Westborough" at Westborough

  My boyfriend and I have been living in Parc for over a year now and we absolutely love it. The apartment complex itself is super clean, quiet and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly -- I have had to call a number of times asking for help or guidance on something and they are always responsive and great! I know I can never hesitate to reach out if I need anything. They do a great job about communicating construction, changes or upcoming events to the residents so everyone is on the same page. The maintenance staff is also top notch, super timely and friendly. We also have a dog and we find the complex to be SUPER dog friendly. Everyone does a great job about cleaning up after their pets and it's fun to network with our other neighbors about dog walkers and play dates. My boyfriend works in the area while I commute into Boston, so the location works really well for us. Not sure how anyone could write a bad review here. But, for a couple that is completely normal and likes living in a clean, friendly and safe environment - we love it!
